MANAGER OF PRODUCTION

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Direct, Manage and Assist with Production Projects at Avrio as required. Operate Filling, labeling and packaging equipment for Clinical and Manufacturing production of therapeutic parenteral (injected) products. Assist with Process Development and Production of Drug Products for Clinical Development studies. Operate and assist with the operation of Autoclave, Depyrogenation Oven, Washers, CIP and SIP systems and Bio – Reactors, Purification Systems. Build and grow manufacturing organization in response to project load. Hire and train key manufacturing personnel for aseptic filling operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BS OR MS in Biology, Engineering or related field MUST have 5-10 or more years of experience in aseptic filling technology related to parenteral and injectable products. Knowledge of GMP manufacturing requirements related to Clinical Production and Commercial Manufacturing. Position requires hands on work with equipment, completion of production records and attention to details in a manufacturing facility and organizational skills to manage group of production operators and interact closely with Process Development and Quality Assurance for successful completion of Clinical Production lots.
